state legislator from up there (near Toledo) proposed an amendment, that has since been removed, to require Cincinnati to enter into a deal with a barge terminal developer in order to receive funds to fix the 6th street viaduct. The state should not be interfering with such acutely local issues. That being said, I disagree with the city for not allowing this developer to go through. Of course he wants City subsidies, too..... The Project
