Studies by the CDC show about 23% of American teens smoke marijuana. They compare it to smoking cigarettes, which makes no real sense - comparing the number of teens drinking would be more logical.
But still, do the 50% of Americans who oppose the legalisation of marijuana believe we should brand almost a quarter of our teens criminals & prosecute, fine & jail them?
