Casino Announces Hiring Philosophy
Kevin Kline of the Cincinnati Horseshoe Casino says:

"We’re looking for the most upbeat, positive, outgoing individuals who can distinguish themselves and we promise that we’ll train them to be great at their jobs."

Unfortunately this leaves out A LOT of the Cincinnati area population.
