With a budget shortfall of $20M & another bond rating downgrade, Cincinnati Mayor John Cranley has decided to add to his ever growing public debt by adding more recreation facilities for his wealthy white east side neighbors.
While the Wasson Way bike path is better than some bike paths in that it actually has some destinations, all those destinations are already on ROADS. Do we have to pay to maintain both? Can we afford to pay for both?
