Feeling Safe or Feeling Lucky ?
In a recent Bizniz Courier article it was reported,

[In a recent survey] 73 percent felt safe downtown, 93 percent felt safe during the day and 82 percent felt safe during the early evening, all improvements over last year.

But why? Everyone knows downtown Cincinnati is a virtual abattoir. Congressman Wenstrup said the town was worse than a war zone. Why would anything change?

This way, they can entice you to come to the most dangerous place in the universe, fleece you and then watch you die.
