What's With the Skinny Parking Lane ?
and what's with the placards on the poles ?




Dunno if it's Cincinnati drivers or American sportsmen but when they add NO PARKING AT ANY TIME & a Bike Lane they get really skinny parking lane. It's the new math, I guess.
