Cincinnati to Spend $10K on the Neighborhood of Westwood
Given the secessionist leanings of the Cincinnati neighborhood and the tendency of the neighborhood residents to identify their neighborhood as an actual town - it seems to me that before the city of Cincinnati wastes any more money on the neighborhood, that they demand an oath of loyalty from the colicky residents first.
