The Dead Vote
How immoral & how unexpected is post-mortem voting in a society that generally believes in eternal life / life after death?
In the 2012 elections in Hamilton County, 2 of the 3 cases of voter fraud involved people submitting ballots for deceased intimate co-habitants. Neither seem like bad people - one was a nun & a dean at a college. Could these violations of man's secular law actually have been made based upon a deeper belief in spiritual law? We have elements of society purporting life before birth. Should life extend some period after death as well? Perhaps the momentum of a persom's life should count for something.
