County Judge Rules Against CityIf there was any doubt west side Republican Robert Winkler wouldn't rule in favor of his east side Republican pals, the verdict is in. The NA CP / COA T plan to lay off Cincinnati police officers is now firmly in place. All that awaits is the FUD campaign.
Of course the city would appeal and what judge gets the appeal? Why, another Winkler, of course.
Now about those questionable petition signatures…..
