SORTA Goes to 11

This is pretty nuts. SORTA doesn't want to provide their contractually obligated service unless they get more cash. To provide the extra service for a busy weekend they want $20k.
But as councilman Flynn points out the city could charter the additional service for less.
Glad they brought it up 3 days before the weekend....
