Like a story out of Tremont City, the Clifton grocery store saga moves along while glaciers whiz by. The time has given the interns at the Fishwarp time to come up with more creative headlines, the latest being Is this man deluded ... or brilliant?.
Goessling's IGA which will now be the Clifton Gaslight Market may or may not be an IGA. It's been 17 months since the owners first bought the store and plans to open the place now are for "early 2013". In the meantime they will host cook outs at the Clifton Streetscapes Festival the weekend of September 28-30 (the 30th coinciding with the Northside House Tour).
