A slightly amazing debate. Wayne Coates has cut costs & improved access in his office that brings in almost 7 times their cost. Wayne Lippert's bold ideas? Open the doors 5 more hours a week & create new fees/taxes that may not even be legal. Can you say RINO? Most of the users are on the clock anyway so lunch hours don't really matter. Lippert is just spouting populist crap to get votes.
Seriously, fees should only cover the administration of the office. Government is not a for profit entity. Unfortunately the county commissioners need every last cent to pay for their stadia. A true small government plan would be to improve access & reduce fees. Nothing the Rebloodlicans intend to do.
